Aerial Photography agreement
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All flights conducted by Philip Fulcher will be in accordance with CAP 658 safety regulations. There must be an unobstructed area from which to conduct safe flight. A safe distance from persons, vessels, vehicles and structures will be maintained at all times. Flights will only be conducted in suitable weather and with regard for other conditions such as local restrictions. All flights will be conducted with due consideration for the safety of people and property.
All digital images shall remain the property of Philip Fulcher, and thus 'rcaerialphotography.webs.com'. Permanent permission to use my photographs and to reproduce them is granted to you as the purchaser. You shall not redistribute my work, to any other persons, or agencies.
PAYMENT
Payment is expected promptly after delivery of my photographs. An estimate of price can be made via e-mal before the shoot. If you wish to change the method by which you receive you photos or the amount, the price will, of course, be subject the change. The price will never exceed those printed 24 hours prior to the shoot. Payment is prefered in cash, but may be made by cheque. If you opt for the latter, you will not receive the photographs, until after the cheque has been cleared.
ACCESS PERMISSION
Philip Fulcher - rcaerialphotography.webs.com is granted permission to enter onto and fly over the subject property or activity and shall remain free from liability for personal or property damage provided due caution is exercised and reasonable safety procedures are followed.
AGREEMENT
I accept the terms and conditions of this agreement and hereby request Philip Fulcher - rcaerialphotography.webs.com to perform a shoot of my property located at:
